I am not one to own a ton of clothing. I am a person who just wants some cute and comfortable clothes to wear throughout the year. With every season I do like to take a look at what I have and see what is still cute and cozy to wear and what I should donate, giveaway or toss.
Now that Wyoming has winter, and I am waking up to 20 degree weather, it is time to go through my closet and see what I want to keep or what I need and go shopping. I don’t have a ton of places to shop in my town. I can find things at TJ Maxx or Maurices. I don’t have much else, unless I make it to Walmart. Amazon has been the place to shop for some cute and cozy things to wear for this winter. They also seem to sell out quickly. Especially specific sizes. So if you come across anything you like, grab it before it’s gone.
Here is what I have found so far and I thought I would share them all with you.
This is a bit expensive for me, but I really love the cozy look and feel of it. It is in my save for later cart.
I remember wearing ponchos when I was a little girl. I had a favorite that was crocheted by my grandmother. This one looks so cozy and comfy for winter lounging around the house or a trip to my mailbox. I think it is perfect for a casual outing. I have it on order.
I am always up for a new pair of slippers. I would have a ton of them, if I didn’t control myself. I would actually be a collector. Slippers and wooden spoons seem to always catch my eye. Not sure why.
An oversized hoodie is the perfect top to wear for a comfortable weekend. This one is so soft and I love it. I have it in gray and hope to grab another one in another color. There are so many colors to choose from!
Sweaters are a must in Wyoming. I love the true coziness of a good, warm and fuzzy sweater. How about you? This is just one option and color. There are a ton to choose from.
I am always looking for new hats. I shovel snow with a shovel and I need to keep my ears warm and my hair out of my eyes. These come in a pack of four for around $18. There are also different colors to choose from.
I keep an extra pair of boots on hand for winter. I still enjoy going for a good walk in the snow, but I like my toes to be warm. I also love them to shovel heavy snow from our large driveway.
I also love a good Muk Luk boot! I can use these to just slip on and run to the mailbox or downtown. I can also shovel snow off the porch with these.
I like a nice cozy pretty glove when I can, but for shoveling the Wyoming snow, I need something cozy, warm and durable. So Carhartt it is!
But sometimes a girl just needs a little bit of a fashion statement. So here are some great mittens to wear for a great trip downtown or to the Christmas parade.
Another pullover to share. This one works great with my workout leggings. I can warm up with it and easily take it off when I am into a full workout.
Speaking of workout leggings…these are perfect for the cold mornings or evenings to go for a brisk walk in the cold.
I hope that sharing my finds will help you with your finds for winter coziness. What are you looking for to stay warm with this winter? Share below with a link for us all to see.
