Sometimes we forget the little things that bring us joy. Simple things in life to remind us we have so much to be grateful for. There is so much power in gratitude. It can change our attitude, make us happy and give us some life satisfaction. It can also decrease symptoms of depression.
When life gets hectic and crazy, we often forget to slow down and take time to appreciate the good things we have in our life.
With Thanksgiving 2021 around the corner, I thought it would be a great time to have a Gratefulness Challenge. Take 14 days and journal or make a list of the small things in life you are grateful for.
Here is a small list to give you some inspiration.
I promise the more you find and look for to be grateful for, the more content you will be. Being content can bring a feeling of peace. Even when times are tough we can look for the simples things in life.
I also have a 30 Days of Gratitude Challenge. If you would would enjoy something a little more challenging with prompts. You can click the button below to join.
Follow me on Instagram and tag me and #gratefulheartliving. I love to help inspire you and be your biggest cheerleader for any challenge.
